Brexit vote, how the United Kingdom killed itself five years ago

23rd June 2016, was a betrayal of Britain. A date that will live in infamy. There were several traitors, all conservative, a political party that has always harboured a hatred of Europe. Not since Tony Blair was there an embrace of Europe and a way of life stretching 47 years.

Cameron was a timid politician, a sniffling old Etonian and Bullingdon Club upper class twat. It was his idea to hold a referendum on Europe in an attempt to heal division within his political party. In fact, it had nothing to do with the will of the people or for the good of the country.

It gave Boris Johnson a chance to seize personal political career ambition and do a complete U turn going from Remain to Leave overnight.

His treachery was aided and abetted by Michael Gove, and by big money from Hedge Funders plus UKIP´s Nigel Farage and Jacob Rees Mogg, both of whom would have suffered hefty tax bills if Britain remained in the EU.

Brexit vote: cheating, lies and extremism supported by complacent media

Then came the cheating, the lies, the unsupported claims, feeding the fascist xenophobia, supported by right-wing fascist press, the Express, Sun, Mail and Telegraph. In 1973 the Mail heralded joining Europe, now they hated it.

The Leavers hated the EU that gave more money to farmers, fishermen regional development, retraining after redundancies than Whitehall ever did. They hated a united Europe pioneered by Winston Churchill after WW2. Leavers hated foreigners, but wanted foreign holidays. They hated European legislation that protected the environment, water quality, food standards, working standards.

Leavers were bigots, illogical, but they convinced the very people that benefitted from Europe to vote leave by a small margin and put 50% of imports and exports, jobs, businesses, industries into jeopardy with the richest trade block in the world a neighbour with 400m population and €440bn trade. It was nonsensical. The turnout was 72%. An advisory referendum was now going to change the constitution and set the country back for decades, while creating the biggest division ever witnessed.

When more traitors jumped on Brexit chariot

More traitors were to U turn and follow. Mayhem came along overnight to get her John Lewis furniture into Number 10. Corbyn voted for Article 50.

There was a kind of resistance, then Johnson took over, Chaos after Mayhem, and squashed the opposition. Corbyn stood down after the worse election result for Labour since 1935. Starmer-U-turned told Labour to vote for Boris´s non oven ready deal. The Lib Dems that campaigned to rejoin suffered at the ballot box too December 2019, and so ditched Brexit and Europe. Now Milliband and Burnham say embrace Brexit, when there is nothing to embrace.

The list of politicians that jettisoned principles is extensive. Rather than stand up to a liar and a cheat, a cheat´s charter, they cross the floor and side with it. How can any politician subsequently tell the truth about Brexit and criticise it if they voted FOR it?

Now Brexit has cost more money than the 37p a day per person for 47 years EU membership, 2% of Govt expenditure. For that there were numerous benefits as already stated.

Now Brexit, has cost jobs as fishing, farming, finance, fashion, entertainment, haulage all suffer extreme financial losses and adjustments through Boris engineered red tape, the only trade agreement to erect barriers. Even the car industry is suffering and steel. Northern Ireland Peace is jeopardised because of a Frosty reception by a negotiator who did not know what he was negotiating.

Self-isolation and no plans

There was never a plan, the only assessments were like Yellow Hammer that forecast massive disruption, and shortages.

But 01.01.2021 Britain left the EU, for self-isolation, and a cold war across the English Channel, as Boris Brexit feeds his supporters on lies and hatred. Mistakes have been covered up. The Fishermen paid off 23m to keep their protest lorries out of Victoria Street. The Farmers offered 100,000 to sell up, pack up and go. Trade deals have been embarked on to lower food standards, and protection of British industries, and still Joe Public is wearing blinkers and ear plugs.

Britain has never had it so bad, and it has all been self-inflicted, kamikaze style.

Exports are down. The government at first told HMRC not to stop the lorries and forgo 800m in revenue so that the public did not see empty shelves in the shops. But now they cannot continue that trick and pull the wool over everyone’s eyes any longer. The situation will only get worse. The government’s own forecast is that Britain will be poorer for the next 15 years at least, and it could see the break up of the Union, so ripping up that flag the Brexiteers love to wave.

Brexit vote and no benefits

There are no benefits from Brexit. No freedom in fact less freedom, to travel and to get education. Even the Boris 2.2 tn recession is down to the tiny island off the coast of France. Spain and Italy suffered almost as bad as the Plague Island of Boris Brexit Britain with coronavirus. BUT Spain and Italy were bailed out of debt by the EU central bank. In Britain it will be the taxpayer asked to bail out the worst recession in the world and in history.

On June 24th 2016, my income from England collapsed 25% because the financial markets disapproved of the referendum result and the value of sterling suffered. The value of sterling will never recover. Since 01.01 2021 I cannot send parcels to Britain, I cannot use Amazon for birthday and Christmas presents for 3 grandchildren in Kent.

I have had to change all my banking arrangements to reduce costs. I have had to exchange a British driving licence for a Spanish one. I now have a blue passport which is worthless. I was an EU citizen, now I am a 3rd class alien, resident in Spain, where I took early retirement after Addenbrookes hospital cut out all the cancer in me. Many Brits I knew have left Spain to go back to Boris Britain.

Brexit vote with foreign interference: walking a disaster

Boris Johnson has disrupted the country by Russian interference, subversion, Cambridge Analytica fraud, illegal funding, lies and cheating. He has disrupted my life and millions of others. That referendum was false and unjust, it should have been declared null and void. But Britain has a Crime Minister ruling (not serving the voters – ruling, not governing). It has a “worseminster” that has betrayed the nation, aiding and abetting it´s Crime Minister.

Boris Johnson has to be stopped at all costs. The ERG and 1922 Committee of the Conservatives have to be disbanded, along with the think tank at 55 Tefton St.

Britain has to renegotiate with the EU for citizens and trade and working in harmony. Only then will the Nightmare of Clowning Street come to an end.

Boris Johnson is an Oxymoron. He claims Bitter Brexit is sweet, where unicorns skip through sunlit meadow uplands.

The man is an incompetent deluded oaf. He has the mentality of the elitist Etonian schoolboy who loves to prank and play, but takes nothing seriously.

He is a walking disaster.
